#Sunrisers Hyderabad
Initially the franchise in Hyderabad was called Deccan Charges. It was owned by the Deccan Chronicles, a Hyderabad-based English newspaper. It disbanded in 2012 after four seasons in the IPL.

The franchise was originally named Delhi Daredevils. It is also one of the teams not to win a title in IPL. In 2018 it took the name Delhi Capitals with some changes in ownership.
